Basement Repair and Waterproofing

A wet spot on the floor after a storm or a crack in the wall that seems larger than it did last year are all indications of a basement in need of repair. These problems left unattended can eventually cause one or more basement walls to completely fail, leading to a very costly replacement. We specialize in fixing walls before they have a chance to fail, through a combination of bracing, core filling, and water proofing.

Our process starts by identifying the problem, excavating around the building, straightening and core filling the walls, applying a water proofing membrane, and lastly back filling with a free draining material such as sand. The length of the project depends on the amount of wall being repaired but the usual completion time for an entire house is around one week.
