Our process starts by identifying the problem, excavating around the building, straightening and core filling the walls, applying a water proofing membrane, and lastly back filling with a free draining material such as sand.
We also look to address any landscaping issues that could cause water to pool near the foundation with swales and french drains.
The length of the project depends on the amount of wall being repaired but the usual completion time for an entire house is around one week.
